The following little poem, received from Lib the Poet, may help those readers who find difficulty in keeping two opposite views in their minds at the same time. Lib thinks George Bush is a full-blown case of cognitive dissonance. There you are!  You can see at a glance

      I’ve been studying Cognitive Dissonance.

      I’ve made up my mind . . .

      And so I am free!
